Anti-TRPC6 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody to TRPC6, supplied by Antibodies.com within the Primary Antibodies category. The unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for Western blotting (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to a sequence within amino acids 500-600 of human TRPC6 (NP_004612.2). It is provided as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% Glycerol and 0.02% Sodium Azide, with a lot-specific concentration and a molecular weight of 106 kDa. Affinity purification is used in its preparation.

Recommended dilutions are WB: 1:500-1:1,000 and IHC: 1:50-1:200. The product is shipped at 4°C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
