Anti-TRPC5 Antibody

A primary antibody from Antibodies.com, supplied as a rabbit polyclonal IgG directed against TRPC5. The unconjugated antibody is reactive with human, mouse, and rat samples and has been validated for Western blot (WB) at recommended dilutions of 1:500–1:1,000 and for immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) at 1:50–1:200. It was generated against a synthetic peptide corresponding to a sequence within amino acids 800–900 of human TRPC5 (NP_036603.1). The product is provided as a liquid with a reported molecular weight of 90 kDa, formulated in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, and has been affinity purified. Storage instructions call for shipping at 4°C followed by aliquoting and storage at –20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
