Anti-TRPC4 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting TRPC4, supplied by Antibodies.com. The unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) applications and is reactive with Human and Mouse samples. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 768–977 of human TRPC4 (NP_057263.1), and the target protein has a molecular weight of 112 kDa.

The antibody is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and is purified by affinity chromatography. Recommended Western blot dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000. The product is shipped at 4°C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
