Anti-TRPC3 Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets TRPC3 and is supplied as an unconjugated liquid reagent. Raised in rabbit (IgG isotype), it is generated against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 500–600 of human TRPC3 (NP_001124170.1) and detects endogenous levels of the protein.

The antibody reacts with human, mouse and rat samples and is validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry, with a recommended Western blot dilution of 1:500–1:2,000. The target has a reported molecular weight of 96 kDa.

The antibody is affinity-purified and formulated in phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, with a lot-specific concentration. It is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
