Anti-TRPC1 Antibody

Store-operated calcium entry at the plasma membrane critically depends on TRPC1, a ~90 kDa non-selective cation channel that co-assembles with TRPC3, TRPC4, and TRPC5 subunits to form heterotetrameric channels with distinct biophysical properties.
