Anti-TROVE2 Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com, this unconjugated Rabbit polyclonal antibody recognises TROVE2 (also referred to as SS-A). It is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. The reagent is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and the target protein has a molecular weight of 61 kDa. For WB, the recommended dilution range is 1:500–1:2,000. The immunogen used to generate the antibody was a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–260 of human TROVE2 (NP_004591.2), and the reagent has been purified by affinity chromatography. Concentration is reported as lot specific. The product is shipped at 4°C and, upon receipt, should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
