Anti-Troponin T1 Antibody

The Antibodies.com polyclonal reagent targets Troponin T1 (TNNT1), the slow skeletal muscle isoform of the troponin T subunit that anchors the troponin complex to tropomyosin along the thin filament of striated muscle. Raised in rabbit and supplied as an unconjugated IgG preparation, the antibody is validated for Western Blot detection of TNNT1 protein from human, mouse, and rat samples, supporting studies of skeletal muscle contractility, fiber-type composition, and neuromuscular disease models.

Each vial contains 100 µL of antibody at 1 mg/mL, formulated in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide as a preservative and 50% glycerol as a cryoprotectant.
