Anti-Troponin I3 (G136) Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to Troponin I3 (G136), supplied by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody reagent. The unconjugated antibody is raised in rabbit and validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (IF/ICC) applications. It reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 100-150 of Human Troponin I3, and the antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of TNNI3 protein. It is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a purity of > 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The target has a molecular weight of ~ 28 kDa. The product is provided at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approx. pH 7.2.
