Anti-Troponin I-C (Phospho-Ser22 / Ser23) Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against Troponin I-C when phosphorylated at Ser22/Ser23, available from Antibodies.com. The unconjugated reagent is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and ELISA applications and reacts with Mouse and Rat samples.

Specificity is directed against endogenous Troponin I-C only when phosphorylated at S22/S23, with the immunogen being a synthesized peptide derived from human Troponin I-C around the phosphorylation site of S22/S23. The antibody is supplied at a concentration of 1 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline containing 0.02% sodium azide, 0.5% BSA and 50% glycerol, and has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum using epitope-specific affinity chromatography.

It is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided.
