Anti-Troponin I (83-95) Antibody

Offered by Antibodies.com, this Mouse monoclonal reagent targets the 83–95 amino-acid region of human Troponin I and is supplied as a purified monoclonal antibody at 1 mg per vial, formulated in 10 mM Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.4, containing 0.09% sodium azide as preservative. The unconjugated IgG1 isotype clone is raised against the Troponin I (epitope 83–95 a.a.) immunogen and recognises the purified human Troponin complex, with no cross-reactivity reported against skeletal-muscle Troponin I. The antibody shows greater than 95% purity by SDS-PAGE and is validated for ELISA applications (with lateral flow also cited on the source record). It is reactive with human samples and is supplied as a liquid preparation intended for research use only. For optimal stability, the product should be stored short term at 2–8 °C and long term at –20 °C, with repeated freeze–thaw cycles avoided, and working dilutions should be determined empirically by the investigator. Matched-pair reagents (ABIN7385227 or ABIN7385226) are recommended as detection antibodies when this clone is used as a coating antibody.
