Anti-Tropomyosin α (E40) Antibody

Supplied by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody, this rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against Tropomyosin α (E40) and is validated for use in immunohistochemistry (IHC). The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 1-50 of Human Tropomyosin α, and the antibody reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. It detects endogenous levels of Tropomyosin α protein.

The antibody is supplied unconjugated at a concentration of 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approx. pH 7.2. It is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as assessed by SDS-PAGE. The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 32 kDa.
