Anti-TRMT61A Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody to TRMT61A, supplied by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody for research use. The unconjugated IgG antibody is raised in rabbit and has been validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), with reactivity confirmed against Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1–289 of human TRMT61A (NP_689520.2). The antibody is provided as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, and is purified by affinity chromatography. The reported molecular weight is 33 kDa. Concentration is lot specific.
