Anti-TRMT2A Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting TRMT2A, also known as HTF9C, supplied by Antibodies.com as part of their Primary Antibodies range. The unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) and reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples.

According to the manufacturer's data, the antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to a sequence within amino acids 500 to the C-terminus of human TRMT2A/HTF9C (NP_073564.3), with the target reported at a molecular weight of 70 kDa. Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for IHC. The product is provided as a liquid formulation in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and is affinity purified; concentration is lot-specific.
