Anti-TRMT1 Antibody

Antibodies.com supplies a rabbit polyclonal antibody directed against TRMT1 (also referred to as TRM1 in the manufacturer datasheet). The reagent is unconjugated, of isotype IgG, and presented as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline at pH 7.3 containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. It has been affinity-purified and is validated for Western blot on human and mouse samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 460–659 of human TRMT1 (NP_060192.1), with the target reported at a molecular weight of 90 kDa. The recommended Western blot dilution range is 1:500–1:2,000. The antibody is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
