Anti-TrkB (Ab-705) Antibody

A primary antibody from Antibodies.com raised in rabbit against TrkB. This polyclonal reagent is unconjugated and validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications, reacting with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to the region around residues 703–707 (T-D-Y-Y-R) of human TrkB, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of total TrkB protein. Antibodies were produced by immunising rabbits with the synthetic peptide coupled to KLH and isolated by affinity chromatography with the epitope-specific peptide. The product is supplied at 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, formulated without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺.
