Anti-Trk B (phospho-Y706) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against Trk B phosphorylated at Tyrosine 706 is available from Antibodies.com as a primary antibody. The antibody is unconjugated and supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2.

The immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human Trk B around the phosphorylation site of Tyrosine 706, and the reagent specifically detects endogenous levels of Trk B protein only when phosphorylated at Tyr706. The observed molecular weight is approximately 92 and 145 kDa. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, and the purity is greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.

Validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (IF/ICC) applications, the antibody reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.
