Anti-Trk B (phospho-Y515) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com is raised against Trk B phosphorylated at Tyrosine 515, with the immunogen described as a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human Trk B around the phosphorylation site of Tyrosine 515. The unconjugated antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with reported purity greater than 95% as assessed by SDS-PAGE.

The reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications and is reactive with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.
