Anti-Trk A Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified polyclonal reagent is raised in rabbit against the neurotrophic tyrosine kinase receptor Trk A (NTRK1) and is supplied as an unconjugated IgG preparation at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (pH ~7.2) containing 0.05% sodium azide. Each vial contains 50 µl, with a working vial size listed at 100 µl in some references, and the antibody should be stored at –20 °C for continuous use. Validated for Western blot, Immunohistochemistry and ELISA, the reagent cross-reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples, making it well suited to comparative studies of Trk A signalling across species.
