Anti-Trk A (A785) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com raised against Trk A, supplied unconjugated and intended for use on human samples. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 751–800 of human Trk A, and the reagent specifically detects endogenous levels of the Trk A protein. It is validated for immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (IF) applications, including ICC/IF.

The antibody is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. It is provided at approximately 1 mg/ml in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2. The target protein is reported at molecular weights of approximately 87 and 140 kDa.
