Raised in rabbit, this polyclonal reagent targets TRIP15 (also known as GPS1), a core subunit of the COP9 signalosome (CSN) complex that regulates cullin-RING ligase activity through deneddylation of cullins. The unconjugated antibody from Antibodies.com binds the human, mouse, and rat TRIP15 protein and has been validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence workflows.

Supplied as 100 µl of a 1 mg/ml stock solution in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, the reagent is ready for dilution into standard assay buffers. The glycerol-containing formulation protects the protein during storage at -20 °C and supports repeated freeze-thaw cycles when aliquoted. Investigators studying NF-κB signaling, COP9 signalosome assembly, deneddylation mechanisms, and DNA damage response pathways routinely deploy this reagent.

For sample preparation, denatured and reduced lysates are recommended for Western blot applications, while paraformaldehyde-fixed cells or cryosections perform well for immunofluorescence and immunohistochemistry staining. The polyclonal format offers broader epitope coverage than monoclonal alternatives, which can be valuable when probing conserved regions of the CSN complex across different species.
