TRIP13 (Thyroid Hormone Receptor Interactor 13) is a member of the AAA+ ATPase family that drives conformational remodeling of HORMA-domain signaling proteins such as HORMAD1 and HORMAD2 during meiotic recombination, mitotic checkpoint signaling, and DNA double-strand break repair. Produced in rabbit and supplied by Antibodies.com as a 100 µl volume at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline with 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2, this unconjugated polyclonal reagent fits into standard immunolabeling workflows where a user-supplied secondary antibody is required.

Validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), the antibody recognizes endogenous TRIP13 in human, mouse, and rat samples, supporting cross-species studies of meiotic progression, spindle assembly checkpoint fidelity, and cancer biology research in which TRIP13 dysregulation has been implicated in head-and-neck and colorectal carcinomas. The polyclonal format increases the chance of binding across multiple epitopes, which is useful when probing truncated splice variants or mutant forms of the target protein.

For handling, keep the vial refrigerated and protect from light; for long-term storage, aliquot and freeze at -20 °C or below, and limit freeze-thaw cycles to preserve activity. Sodium azide is included as a preservative, so the reagent is not appropriate for live-cell work but is compatible with fixed-cell IHC and standard immunoblotting.
