Anti-TRIP12 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets TRIP12 (also referred to as TRIP12/ULF). The reagent is unconjugated, of the IgG isotype, and is validated for Western Blot (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), and Immunofluorescence applications (ICC/IF).

Reactivity has been confirmed against human, mouse, and rat samples. The antibody is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, with a reported molecular weight of 260 kDa. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–240 of human TRIP12 (NP_001271143.1), and the reagent has been purified by affinity chromatography.

Manufacturer-recommended dilutions are WB: 1:500–1:1,000, IHC: 1:50–1:100, and ICC/IF: 1:50–1:100. The concentration is lot specific. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
