Anti-TRIP10 Antibody

This polyclonal primary antibody from Antibodies.com is raised in rabbit and targets TRIP10, also referred to as Cip4. It is an IgG isotype reagent supplied unconjugated, and is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications, with reactivity confirmed against human and mouse samples. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 246-545 of human TRIP10 (NP_004231.1). The antibody is purified by affinity chromatography and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The reported molecular weight is 90 kDa and the concentration is lot specific.

Recommended starting dilutions are 1:500-1:2,000 for WB and 1:50-1:100 for ICC/IF. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
