Raised in rabbit and supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated IgG polyclonal reagent, this antibody targets the tripartite motif-containing protein TRIM69 (also known as RNF36), an E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase characterized by an N-terminal RING finger domain followed by B-box, coiled-coil, PRY and SPRY motifs. The reagent is presented in a 100 µl vial and supports immunodetection of TRIM69 in mouse samples by western blot and immunohistochemistry workflows.

TRIM69 is a member of the RING-B-box-coiled-coil (RBCC) family that mediates ubiquitin conjugation in a RING-domain-dependent manner. Reported functions include restriction of dengue virus NS3 and vesicular stomatitis Indiana virus replication, regulation of centrosome dynamics and mitotic progression via ubiquitination of STK3/MST2, modulation of TP53 stability in lens epithelial cells, and a germ-cell–specific role during murine spermatogenesis in the testis. The unconjugated format allows laboratories to pair the antibody with their preferred labeled secondary reagent and chromogenic or chemiluminescent detection chemistry.

For handling, aliquot the vial upon receipt to minimize repeated freeze-thaw cycles and store at -20 °C; protect from light to preserve IgG activity. The reagent is for research use only.
