A polyclonal rabbit reagent from Antibodies.com detects human TRIM62, supplied as 100 µl of unconjugated antiserum suited to western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) workflows. TRIM62 (Tripartite Motif Containing 62) is a RING-finger E3 ubiquitin ligase studied for its role in K63-linked polyubiquitination, Toll-like receptor signaling, macrophage-driven inflammation, type I interferon responses, and selected cancer pathways. The antibody is unconjugated, allowing researchers to pair it with their preferred secondary reagent and chromogenic or fluorescent detection chemistry, and it reacts with endogenous human TRIM62 in denatured lysates as well as in fixed tissue sections. Aliquoting upon arrival is recommended to preserve reagent integrity across repeated freeze-thaw cycles, and the product is intended for research use only.
