Anti-TRIM59 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this polyclonal primary antibody is raised in rabbit and specifically recognises endogenous levels of total TRIM59 protein. It is supplied as a 50 µl aliquot at a working concentration of 1.0 mg/mL, formulated in PBS (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺), pH 7.4, with 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol as stabiliser. The reagent is unconjugated and of the rabbit IgG isotype, and has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography against an epitope-specific immunogen corresponding to an internal region of human TRIM59. The antibody is validated for Western blotting (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and shows reactivity with both human and mouse samples. For handling, the vial is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted upon receipt and stored at –20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity.
