Raised in rabbit against tripartite motif-containing protein 59, this unconjugated polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com is supplied as a 100 µl liquid aliquot and applied in western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence workflows. TRIM59 is a RING-finger E3 ubiquitin ligase of the TRIM/RBCC family that participates in innate immune signalling and has been investigated across several solid tumor types, including lung adenocarcinoma, gastric carcinoma, glioma, and hepatocellular carcinoma.

Cross-reactivity covers human and mouse samples, supporting translational research that pairs cell-line work with rodent models. Endogenous TRIM59 expression is examined in whole-cell lysates, in paraffin-embedded tissue microarrays, and in frozen cryosections. Most western blot protocols pair this primary reagent with anti-GAPDH or anti-β-actin loading controls, and detection in IHC and IF is carried out with HRP- or Alexa Fluor-conjugated secondary antibodies.

For best stability, store the vial at -20 °C in small working aliquots and minimize freeze-thaw cycles; a brief centrifuge before opening consolidates liquid at the bottom of the tube. Short-term handling at 4 °C is acceptable. This product is intended for research use only and is not approved for diagnostic or therapeutic applications.
