TRIM45 (Tripartite Motif Containing 45) is a member of the TRIM family of E3 ubiquitin ligases, defined by the conserved RING finger, B-box zinc finger, and coiled-coil (RBCC) domains. The protein has emerged as a regulator of innate immunity, where it acts as a negative modulator of NF-κB signaling and inflammatory cytokine output, and as a tumor suppressor implicated in glioblastoma and several other malignancies where its expression is frequently lost.

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised against TRIM45 and supplied as an unconjugated, 100 µl reagent. The unconjugated format gives users freedom to pair the antibody with their preferred HRP, biotin, or fluorophore-conjugated secondary reagents, and the polyclonal backbone recognises multiple epitopes on the target for robust detection in complex samples.

Validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry on both human and mouse material, the reagent is suited to expression profiling across cell lines and tissue sections, subcellular localisation studies, and functional work on E3 ligase activity, ubiquitination pathways, and tumour suppressor biology. Researchers working on inflammation signalling, glioma and other cancers, or TRIM-family protein regulation will find it a versatile addition to their antibody panel.
