Anti-TRIM39 Antibody

A polyclonal rabbit primary antibody supplied by Antibodies.com, raised against the human TRIM39 protein (also designated RNF23). The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to a sequence within amino acids 350-450 of human TRIM39 (NP_067076.2). The antibody is of the IgG isotype and is provided unconjugated. It is formulated as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline at pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been purified by affinity chromatography. Reactivity is reported for human samples, and the target has a molecular weight of 59 kDa. Concentration is lot specific.

The product is intended for Western blot (WB) applications, with a recommended dilution range of 1:500-1:2,000. It is shipped at 4°C and, upon receipt, should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C; repeated freeze/thaw cycles should be avoided.
