Anti-TRIM38 Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com as a rabbit polyclonal antibody to TRIM38, this unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) applications and reacts with human samples. The target protein TRIM38 is recognised via an immunogen corresponding to amino acids 266-465 of the human sequence (NP_006346.1). The antibody is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been purified by affinity chromatography. For Western blot, a recommended dilution range of 1:500–1:1,000 is advised. The expected molecular weight of the target is 53 kDa.

For storage, the product is shipped at 4 °C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Concentration is lot specific.
