TRIM33 (also called TIF1γ or ectodermin) is an E3 ubiquitin ligase of the TRIM family that regulates TGF-β signaling, transcription, and the DNA damage response in human cells. Antibodies.com offers this unconjugated mouse monoclonal antibody raised against the C-terminus of TRIM33 for Western blot detection of the human protein in cell and tissue lysates. The reagent is supplied as a 50 µl vial of purified antibody in 0.1 M Tris-Glycine buffer at pH 7.4, supplemented with 150 mM NaCl, 0.2% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol. By recognizing the C-terminal region of endogenous TRIM33, it supports research into hematopoiesis, chromatin remodeling, and tumor suppressor pathways. For in vitro research use only.
