This Mouse monoclonal antibody targets TRIM33, a member of the tripartite motif (TRIM) family of E3 ubiquitin ligases that functions as a transcriptional intermediary factor and chromatin regulator. Produced by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated IgG reagent in a 50 µL vial, the clone is validated for Western blot (WB) detection of the human TRIM33 protein in cell lysate preparations.

TRIM33, also referred to as TIF1-gamma and ectodermin, plays well-characterized roles in TGF-beta signaling, the DNA damage response, and hematopoietic differentiation. Researchers investigating these pathways apply the antibody to immunoblotting of whole-cell extracts from human cell lines, where TRIM33 migrates near 122 kDa. Use cases include studies of leukemia and myeloproliferative disorders, chromatin remodeling mechanisms, and SUMO/ubiquitin crosstalk in transcription factor regulation.

The unconjugated format allows flexible pairing with custom secondary antibodies and detection chemistries for established immunoblotting pipelines. Each vial is shipped refrigerated; aliquot upon first thaw and store under standard antibody handling conditions to preserve activity through multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
