TRIM32 is a tripartite motif-containing E3 ubiquitin ligase that catalyzes K63-linked polyubiquitination and participates in diverse cellular processes including antiviral innate immunity and protein quality control. The Antibodies.com polyclonal reagent raised in rabbit binds the human TRIM32 protein and is supplied as 100 µl of unconjugated antiserum, validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence workflows on human samples.
This reagent supports studies of Bardet-Biedl syndrome and limb-girdle muscular dystrophy type 2H, where disease-causing mutations alter TRIM32 stability and E3 ligase activity, as well as neural stem cell research, where TRIM32 governs proliferation versus differentiation through targeted substrate turnover. Laboratories also use it to map subcellular localization, characterize interaction partners, and probe ubiquitin-dependent signaling in human tissue and cell-line models, benefiting from batch-to-batch consistency in a polyclonal format.
