Anti-TRIM29 Antibody

A polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com, raised in Rabbit, targets the TRIM29 protein and is validated for Western blot applications. It is reactive with Human and Mouse samples and supplied as an unconjugated IgG preparation in liquid form.

The immunogen used was a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 309–588 of human TRIM29 (NP_036233.2). The antibody has a molecular weight of 66 kDa and is supplied in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% Glycerol and 0.02% Sodium Azide. Purification was performed by affinity purification.

For Western blotting, the recommended dilution range is 1:500–1:2,000. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
