Anti-TRIM27 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised against TRIM27 and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The unconjugated IgG reagent was generated using a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 214–513 of human TRIM27 (NP_006501.1) and was affinity purified.

The antibody is reactive with human and mouse samples and is recommended for western blot at a dilution of 1:500–1:2,000, with additional reported applications in immunohistochemistry and immunofluorescence. Validation on extracts of various cell lines used the antibody at 1:1,000 with a Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (HRP) secondary at 1:10,000, 25µg lysate per lane, 3% non-fat dry milk in TBST as blocking buffer, and an ECL Basic Kit for detection at 1s exposure. The predicted molecular weight of the target is 59 kDa. The product is shipped at 4°C, and on arrival should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
