Anti-TRIM24 Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets TRIM24 and is unconjugated [C0, S1]. The reagent is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal [S1]. It has been validated for Western blot (WB) applications and reacts with human samples [C0, S1].

The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 600–820 of human TRIM24 (NP_056989.2) [S1]. It is of the IgG isotype and has been affinity-purified [C0, S1]. The molecular weight noted for TRIM24 is 117 kDa [S1]. The recommended Western blot dilution range is 1:1,000–1:2,000 [S1].
