Anti-TRIM24 Antibody

Raised in rabbit and affinity-purified by chromatography against an epitope-specific immunogen, this polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com is directed against the C-terminal region of human TRIM24, a RING-type E3 ubiquitin ligase also known as TIF1-alpha, RNF82, or Tripartite motif-containing protein 24. The unconjugated antibody is supplied at 1.0 mg/mL in a 50 µL aliquot, formulated as rabbit IgG in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, and is validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry on human and mouse samples. The preparation detects endogenous levels of total TRIM24 protein, as demonstrated by Western blot on COLO cell extracts and by IHC on paraffin-embedded human brain tissue, making it well suited to chromatin and nuclear-receptor signaling studies. The antibody is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted upon arrival and stored at −20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity; the product is intended for research use only and is not approved for diagnostic or therapeutic applications.
