TRIM24 (Tripartite Motif Containing 24) is a nuclear protein that functions as a transcriptional coregulator and E3 ubiquitin ligase. Also referred to as TIF1α, TRIM24 contains a RING finger domain, B-box zinc fingers, a coiled-coil region, and a tandem PHD-bromo cassette that reads specific histone modifications including H3K23 acetylation and H3K4 methylation. It participates in retinoic acid receptor signaling, chromatin remodeling, and tumor suppression pathways, and is implicated in several cancer contexts.

Offered by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody reagent, this rabbit polyclonal reagent is supplied as 100 µl of unconjugated antiserum and is validated for western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) workflows. Reactivity has been confirmed against human and mouse samples, enabling cross-species detection in studies of transcriptional regulation, oncogenesis, and nuclear receptor biology. The vial format supports standard immunodetection protocols and is intended for research use only.
