Specific for the human E3 ubiquitin ligase TRIM23, this polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com targets a protein that combines the canonical RING-B-box-coiled-coil (RBCC) motif with a C-terminal ADP-ribosylation factor (ARF) domain, an architecture that distinguishes it from most other TRIM family members. TRIM23 functions in selective autophagy by promoting K27-linked ubiquitin conjugation on autophagy adaptors such as p62/SQSTM1, and it participates in innate immune signaling through regulation of TBK1 and NF-κB pathways. The protein has also been reported to contribute to restriction of certain intracellular bacterial pathogens and to play a role in antiviral defense mechanisms.

Raised in rabbit and supplied unconjugated, this primary antibody is validated for western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunofluorescence (IF) workflows on human samples. The reagent is provided in a 100 µl vial, suitable for multiple staining or blotting experiments. The unconjugated format allows flexible pairing with HRP, fluorophore, or biotin secondary reagents for downstream detection. For long-term stability, store the vial at -20 °C in single-use aliquots and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. The antibody is intended for research use only.
