Offered by Antibodies.com, this Rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody targets TRIM23 (also referred to as ARD1). It is unconjugated and validated for Western Blot (WB) and Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications. The antibody reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples and is supplied as a liquid.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1-280 of human TRIM23 (NP_001647.1). The target protein has a molecular weight of 64 kDa. The antibody has been purified by affinity chromatography and is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% Glycerol and 0.02% Sodium Azide.

Recommended dilutions are 1:500-1:2,000 for WB and 1:50-1:200 for ICC/IF. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery, it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
