Anti-TRIM21 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody recognises TRIM21, also designated TRIM21/SS-A. The reagent is an unconjugated IgG, supplied as a liquid, with reactivity reported against human, mouse and rat samples. It is validated for Western blot, IHC, ICC/IF and immunoprecipitation applications, with recommended dilutions of 1:500–1:1,000 (WB), 1:50–1:200 (IHC), 1:50–1:200 (ICC/IF) and 1:10–1:100 (IP).

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 86–334 of human TRIM21/SS-A (NP_003132.2). The target has a reported molecular weight of 50 kDa. The antibody is affinity purified and formulated in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300; concentration is lot specific. It is shipped at 4°C and, upon delivery, should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
