TRIM13 (Tripartite Motif containing 13), also known as RFP2, is a RING-domain E3 ubiquitin ligase anchored in the endoplasmic reticulum membrane and implicated in ER-associated degradation, NF-κB signaling, and selective autophagy. Antibodies.com supplies this rabbit polyclonal IgG reagent as 50 µl of unconjugated antibody in a single-use vial, validated for immunofluorescence (IF) on human samples. The unconjugated format allows direct conjugation to fluorophores or enzymes of the researcher's choice, supporting flexible imaging workflows in fixed cells and tissue sections. Because the polyclonal reagent recognizes multiple epitopes on the native protein, it provides broad epitope coverage useful for subcellular localization studies and investigations into protein quality control, innate immunity, and B-cell lymphoma biology.
