Anti-TRIM13 Antibody

Supplied by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified polyclonal reagent is raised in rabbit against a recombinant immunogen corresponding to human TRIM13 (also known as LEU5, RFP2, RNF77, or DLEU5), an E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase studied in contexts such as B-cell chronic lymphocytic leukemia. The unconjugated antibody is formulated at 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺), pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol as a cryoprotectant. The 50 µL aliquot is shipped at 4 °C and should be stored at –20 °C in working aliquots to avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. According to the manufacturer datasheet, the antibody is validated for immunocytochemistry and immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) on human samples, with reactivity confirmed against endogenous TRIM13; the polyclonal IgG host background ensures broad epitope coverage of the target. Suitable applications in published companion records also include Western blotting. Each lot is purified by antigen-affinity chromatography prior to formulation.
