TRIM13 (Tripartite Motif Containing 13), also referenced as RFP2 and LEU5, is a RING finger-containing E3 ubiquitin ligase implicated in endoplasmic reticulum-associated degradation, innate immune signaling, and tumor suppressor pathways involving MDM2 and p53. This polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com was raised in rabbit and is supplied as an unconjugated preparation in a 100 µl volume, validated for Western blot (WB) and immunofluorescence (IF) work on human samples. It supports detection of endogenous TRIM13 protein in cell lysates and fixed-cell imaging experiments, making it useful for studies of ubiquitin-proteasome biology, NF-κB pathway regulation, and the cellular stress response. As a primary antibody targeting a single host species, it fits into standard immunodetection workflows where a rabbit IgG-compatible secondary is already in use.
