Anti-TRIB1 Antibody

Antibodies.com offers a rabbit polyclonal antibody to TRIB1, validated for Western Blot (WB) applications and raised against human samples. The unconjugated IgG reagent is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been purified by affinity chromatography.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 203–372 of human TRIB1 (NP_079471.1), and the target has a molecular weight of 38 kDa. For Western Blotting, a recommended dilution range of 1:1,000–1:4,000 is suggested. The antibody is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
