Anti-TRH-R1 (W234) Antibody

The unconjugated reagent reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples and is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 250-300 of human TRH-R1, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of TRH-R1 protein. It has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity of greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 50 kDa.
