Anti-TRF1 (L215) Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets TRF1 and is raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 200–250 of human TRF1. The reagent specifically detects endogenous levels of TRF1 protein and is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2.

Validated for western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications, the unconjugated antibody reacts with human, mouse and rat samples. It has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity reported as greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The target migrates at an apparent molecular weight of approximately 55 kDa.
