Anti-TRF1 (L215) Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets TRF1 (telomeric repeat-binding factor 1) at the L215 epitope and was generated using a synthetic peptide immunogen corresponding to amino acids 200–250 of human TRF1. The unconjugated reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) applications and reacts with human, mouse and rat samples. The host species is rabbit and the clonality is polyclonal.

Supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 15 mM sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2, the antibody detects endogenous levels of TRF1 protein. The reported molecular weight is approximately 55 kDa. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity of greater than 113% by SDS-PAGE.
