Anti-TREML1 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting TLT-1 (TREML1), available from Antibodies.com as an unconjugated IgG reagent validated for Western blot. The antibody reacts with Mouse and Rat samples.

It was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 16–162 of human TREML1 (NP_835468.1), and the target protein has a reported molecular weight of 33 kDa. The reagent is purified by affinity chromatography and supplied in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide.

Recommended Western blot dilution is 1:500–1:2,000. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon arrival, aliquot and store at -20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
