TREM1 (Triggering Receptor Expressed on Myeloid cells 1) is an activating immunoglobulin superfamily receptor expressed primarily on neutrophils, monocytes, and macrophages, where it amplifies innate immune responses triggered by Toll-like receptor signaling through the adaptor protein DAP12.

This unconjugated rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised against human TREM1 and is validated for western blot and immunohistochemistry applications, making it useful for studies of acute inflammation, sepsis-related signaling pathways, and myeloid cell activation in tissue sections and cell lysates.

Supplied as 100 µl of polyclonal antiserum, the reagent works with standard HRP- or fluorescence-based secondary detection systems and recognizes human TREM1 epitopes. For optimal preservation, aliquot upon arrival and store at -20°C in a frost-free freezer, avoiding repeated freeze-thaw cycles to maintain antibody titer over the shelf life of the product.
